1. Subscription Services (1-Month & 6-Month Premium)

The Premium Subscription (both 1-Month and 6-Month plans) grants immediate, full, and unlimited access to Creativehub7’s entire resource library, including: courses, the crowdfunding system, the Job Board, AI tools, and more.

A. Refund Policy for Subscriptions

1-Month Premium Subscription Due to the immediate and full access provided to all platform resources upon purchase, all subscription fees are final and non-refundable.
6-Month Premium Subscription All payments for the 6-Month Subscription are final and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made for lack of use or change of mind after the purchase is complete.
B. Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period (i.e., the end of your 1-month or 6-month term). You will retain full access to all Premium features until the final date of your paid term.

  • How to Cancel: Subscriptions can be canceled through your Account Settings dashboard on Creativehub7.com.

2. Single Course Purchases

This policy applies only to individual, once-off course purchases that are not part of the Premium Subscription.

A. Refund Policy for Single Courses

We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. If you are not satisfied with a single course you purchased, you may request a full refund, subject to the following strict criteria:

  • Exceptions: Refunds will not be granted for technical issues on the user’s device, slow internet connection, or if the request is submitted after the 30-day window or 25% consumption limit.

B. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a single course that meets the criteria above, please follow these steps:
