Creativehub7 Instructor Policy and Agreement Summary
 This document summarizes the key policies and guidelines for all individuals applying to teach and/or listing courses on Creativehub7.com. Full terms are defined in the separate written Instructor Agreement that must be formally signed by both parties.
1. Instructor Approval and Quality Standards
All instructors must adhere to the following standards to be approved to teach on Creativehub7:
A. Expertise Requirement
Vast Knowledge and Experience: All applicants must demonstrate vast knowledge and substantial real-world experience in the specific skill or subject matter they intend to teach. Creativehub7 reserves the right to request proof of qualifications, certifications, or professional portfolio work during the application process.
B. Application and Vetting Process
Application Video Submission: As part of the application, instructors are required to provide a 2-minute video submission. This video should clearly explain the core concepts and focus of the course they wish to create.
Assessment Criteria: The application video will be used to assess two critical areas:
Instructional Quality: The applicant’s capability to deliver clear, engaging, and high-quality video lessons.
Subject Expertise: The depth of knowledge and authority the applicant possesses regarding the particular skill they propose to teach.
C. Course Content Standards
All courses must meet Creativehub7’s internal content quality standards, including (but not limited to): high-definition video and audio quality, accurate and up-to-date information, and clear learning objectives.
Creativehub7 reserves the right to request revisions or reject any course content that does not meet the platform’s quality benchmarks.
2. Instructor Revenue Share Model
Creativehub7 operates a transparent revenue share model based on how the student discovers and purchases the course. All percentages are calculated based on the net sales revenue received by Creativehub7 (gross price minus any platform transaction fees, refunds, and taxes).
A. Standard Platform Sales (30% Share)
Definition: This applies when a student purchases the course through Creativehub7’s internal platform efforts (e.g., browsing the Creativehub7 course catalog, through Creativehub7 email marketing, or platform-wide sales promotions).
Revenue Split: The instructor receives 30% of the net sales revenue. Creativehub7 retains 70%.
B. Instructor Promotional Sales (60% Share)
Definition: This applies when a student purchases the course using the instructor’s unique promotional code or affiliate link (tracking code). This acknowledges the instructor’s direct marketing effort.
Revenue Split: The instructor receives 60% of the net sales revenue. Creativehub7 retains 40%.
3. Governing Legal Agreement
All courses listed on Creativehub7, and the relationship between Creativehub7 and the instructor, shall be governed by a separate, written, legally binding Instructor Agreement.
Mandatory Requirement: No course may be listed or sold on Creativehub7 until the instructor and an authorized representative of Creativehub7 have formally signed this written agreement.
Scope: The written agreement will cover detailed terms regarding intellectual property rights, payment schedules, exclusivity clauses (if applicable), course maintenance, termination, and dispute resolution.
